At Be Prepared, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We provide a seamless return process to ensure your fashion journey remains effortless and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
